Seniors No Limit Hold'em Event

The seniors had their own event aboard the Queen Elizaboth 2 Card Player Cruises trip. That is not at all to imply that they can't play with the youngsters. Au contraire! This was a fund raiser event with all of the rebuy money going to charity and if a junior (under 50) wanted to play, he could by paying an extra $25 and it too went to charity. In addition to the rebuy money, an additional $100 was taken from first place for the charity which enabled us to raise $1,000 for the Nathan Adelson Hospice located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The seniors also contributed a seat for the Seniors event at the Tournament of Champions for the winner.

It was a great event and being able to assist this well-known and respected hospice in Las Vegas made it all the more rewarding. Thanks to the seniors for their generosity.
