Espy Taylor is going for it all when she flies over the waterfall at Chico's Paradise in the mountains of lovely Puerto Vallarta. Always one of our favorite spots, many cruisers joined us for lunch at this picturesque hideaway. The local kids dive for dollars from the rocks and we generally hang out and overeat. Imagine that, cruising and overeating! Espy is the wife of one of our favorite staff members, Harry Taylor. He has just retired from the casino business, where he was a senior executive for many years, and they have purchased and refurbished a great restaurant in Pacific Beach, CA.
