Mariachis at Chico's Paradise When the food wasn't being served and no one was stealing the show by jumping off of high places into small bits of water, the Mariachis serenaded us in the open air restaurant in the mountains of Puerta Vallarta. Playing beautiful native as well as American tunes, these three could really strum and sing. They also took requests, of course, and hearing them try to play the long version of Inna Gadda Da Vida by Iron Butterfly was really a hoot!
