Card Player Cruises Private Excursion in Victoria, Canada
Victoria is one of the most picturesque cities in the world. There are flowers and beautiful gardens everywhere you look. This city tour will feature some of Victoria's finest attractions.
Once we disembark our ship in Victoria, we will make our way to our private, luxurious bus to begin our 3-4 hour city tour. We will drive along the waterfront and look at the beautiful mansions, complete with spectacular gardens. We might even see some deer along the way. Other landmarks we will see include Beacon Hill Park, the university, and the scenic overlook of the city from Mount Tolme Park.
The tour includes a drive through downtown Victoria where you will see the fabulous Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, Chinatown, and the Inner Harbor. If time permits, we will have 30-45 minutes to explore the downtown sights on foot and maybe even grab an ice cream delight at Chocolate Favoris. (Linda says this is the best tasting ice cream in the world!).
Note: This tour is perfect for people who want to experience the capital of British Columbia without a great deal of walking. Guests must be able to walk from the ship to the parking lot which is the equivalent of about 2 city blocks.
