Player Cruises has completed its long anticipated Barcelona to Venice
poker cruise aboard Orient Line's small, but lovely, Crown Odyssey.
There were ports of call daily, as well as a land package in Barcelona
to begin the adventure. There also were optional add-ons at the
end in Venice or any other exotic destination you chose. Ports included
Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Cannes, France; Monte Carlo,
Monaco; Corfu, Greece' Dubrovnik, Croatia; Palermo, Sicily; Portofino,
Civitavecchia/Rome, Florence/Pisa, Sorrento, and Venice, Italy;
and Valletta, Malta. Each day was more than a Kodak moment to be
sure. Old friendships were renewed and new ones formed in the small,
close-knit group that traveled with us. Following are some lovely
shots from many of the ports. There is not a lot of copy, just some
very pretty pictures for you to enjoy. Card Player Cruises is already
in the planning stages for another exotic adventure next year to
the Scandinavian countries and Russia. I hope that sharing these
photo galleries will help whet your appetite so that you plan to
join us in 2003 on this or any other of our wonderful poker cruises.
