Million Cruise - March 2002 Gallery 1 - Gallery 2 - Gallery 3 There
were world class players and house husbands and working stiffs playing
right next to one another. There were so many world championship
poker tournament winners aboard, it is amazing the ship didn't sink
from the weight of all that gold. There were online players, recreational
players, pro and semipro, and hobbyists. These players had so much
in common it was scary. The thing that they all shared was the desire
for the million bucks and the love of competition. It is true, folks
from all walks of life really can play nicely together. Here is
a small sampling of some of the players. We wish that we could have
shown you everyone, and these few certainly were not the only stars
to attend. Each player was a star and got to take part in this historical
event. It was a week-long poker party! Maybe PartyPoker is a better
